Evan brings over a decade of extensive experience in the legal field, specializing in banking, financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and mining. Since beginning his legal career in 2012, Evan has successfully represented both local and international banking and financial institutions, conglomerate groups, and state-owned companies. His deep understanding of financial transactions and strategic approach benefit our clients.
Evan earned his bachelor's degree in law from Parahyangan Catholic University in Bandung, Indonesia, and furthered his education with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Cornell Law School in Ithaca, New York. His global educational background and dedication to excellence are evident in his meticulous approach to each transaction. Evan is also a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
Outside the office, Evan enjoys photography and music, hobbies that provide him with a balanced perspective and enhance his creativity and analytical skills in his professional life.
