Rizki or “Mahes” – as usually called by his clients and colleagues, graduated from Law Faculty of Universitas Indonesia. Mahes has over 17 years’ experience of assisting clients with all aspects of corporate work and previously worked for several prominent law firms in Jakarta, including acted as a Partner in the most active boutique law firm in infrastructure and project finance transactions.
He focuses particularly on infrastructure provision (representing both government contracting agencies and investors), public policy legal drafting, construction, company shares sale and acquisitions, investment, project finance, and general corporate advisory work. His practice covers a wide range of industries, including toll and non-toll road and bridge, drinking water supply system, real estate, plantation, electronic payment system, pharmaceuticals, and shipping. He always empowers the clients by enabling them to meet their transaction goals with confidence, backed by strategic legal solutions and steadfast commitment to excellence.
He frequently invited by Ministry of Public Works and Housing of the Republic of Indonesia as the speaker to share his knowledge and experience at seminars, workshops, and focus group discussions before the government officials, investors, and other stakeholders in the context of infrastructure provision. Mahes is a licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and already passed the final test to be admitted as a member of Board of Capital Market’s Legal Consultants Association (HKHPM). He loves travelling and has personal interest in culinary tourism while also actively does some sports.
