Handika Tjen specializes in litigation and arbitration as well as enforcement matters. His dispute resolution practice includes banking and finance, investment and restructuring, both corporate and debt restructuring.
In relation to arbitration, Handika has acted as legal counsel of Indonesian state-own company and private company for cases ranging from investment to construction dispute. While for litigation, Handika has undertaken litigation up to Indonesian Supreme Court and Indonesia Police for various clients on matters ranging from shareholders dispute, post M&A disputes to trademark infringement.
He has more than 10 years experiences and his client ranging from international and local banking and financial institution, conglomerate group, and multinational company. Not only for dispute matters, the clients also looking for his point of view and advice as litigator on general corporate and transaction.
Handika currently serves as one of few members from legal practitioner side in the Indonesian Association for Private International Law Scholars.
