She has been actively involved in various transactions both in general corporate and commercial matters. Her specific transactional experience includes domestic and multi-national financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offering of shares, continuous public offering of bonds and right issue of publicly listed company. She also provides legal advice in the form of legal opinion and legal memorandum, aids in the establishment of Indonesian legal entities, assist with domestic and foreign investment and licensing matters.
