Andini has been involved in a broad range of corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, capital markets, investment, and general corporate advisory.
She has successfully assisted clients across various sectors, including advising on initial public offerings, bond registrations, and mandatory tender offers in the capital markets; offshore financing transactions in the banking and finance sector; acquisitions of both private and public companies; as well as company establishment and corporate compliance in general corporate matters.
Andini earned her law degree from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, where she was actively engaged in student organizations, including the Business Law Society FH UI.
