Arifin has been working in these specialized fields for more than 5 years. He advising numerous Indonesian companies as well as domestic and joint venture securities companies in relation to initial public offerings, secondary offerings, private placements, tender offers, right issue, bonds issuing, and asset-backed securities (Efek Beragun Aset) (EBAs).

Besides that, He also advising numerous foreign investors in relation to the share or asset acquisitions of Indonesian companies as well as advising Indonesian companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions and advising on numerous foreign investment projects, such as establishing joint ventures and other investment structures in a variety of industrial and service sectors.
