Jozu Kenjiro built his legal career in both corporate practice and litigation, advising a wide range of clients across industries. From the outset, he has developed a strong focus on transactional and restructuring work.
Jozu specializes in general corporate law, debt restructuring, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), banking & financing, and bankruptcy. He is actively involved in assisting clients with corporate governance, complex financing transactions, debt workouts, insolvency proceedings, as well as cross-border M&A and corporate restructuring. His primary responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, financing documents, and providing strategic legal advice for clients navigating financial and restructuring challenges.
Jozu earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Padjadjaran. During his studies, he demonstrated outstanding legal drafting skills and was awarded 1st Place in the Contract Drafting Competition at Diponegoro Law Fair 2020 (Universitas Diponegoro).
He is a licensed advocate of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
