Evando M. Achdiat

Prior to joining AYMP, Evando worked as a corporate lawyer in multiple prominent law firms in Jakarta.

Evando has been focusing his practice on banking & finance, M&A, and foreign investments. He has been directly involved in advising offshore and onshore banks in relation to the granting of loan facilities both bilateral and syndicated to Indonesian borrowers, including assisting in formalization of the security documents. He also has various legal experiences in corporate matters such as representing multinational companies in cross-border M&A transactions, global corporate restructuring, and foreign investments.

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Diponegoro. During his college life, he was actively involved in international mooting, namely the International Humanitarian Law Moot Court Competition (IHL). He was also an active member of Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA).

Evando is a licensed advocate of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
