Kartika has particular focus on banking and finance, capital market, merger and acquisition, as well as infrastructure. She joined AYMP on 2021, and prior to that she has worked for two years in a boutique law firm with experiences of, among others, assisting the client in one of the largest debt restructuring transactions in Indonesia.
She has involved on a number of public-private partnership projects and initial public offering of shares transactions (including international offerings). She has also involved in conducting legal due diligence over the target companies (mainly in the acquisition and capital market projects), preparing finance documents (including ISDA template documents) and preparing advisory memorandum and opinion on Indonesian law governed issues for the clients.
