Carlo A. Rondonuwu

Carlo specializes in litigation and dispute matters, representing domestic and international clients in various cases ranging from Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU), Bankruptcy, and Commercial Litigation. Aside form his works in litigation and dispute matters, he has also handled various Capital Market transactions from Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) to Rights Issues, of banks and leading companies in Indonesia. Prior to joining AYMP, Carlo had worked in Indonesia’s foremost clinical laboratory company, where he advised in legal related operational matters.

Carlo graduated from the Faculty of Law of Universitas Katolik Parahyangan. During his studies, he was active in many student organizations, mainly advocating for student welfare.

In his leisure time, Carlo is very fond of watching movies and travelling.
