Poltak P. Pane

Poltak has been actively assisting clients in various matters, i.e. in general corporate, capital market, and merger & acquisition matters.

Poltak graduated from the University of Indonesia with a cum laude predicate, majoring private law. He joined AYMP as soon after his graduation. At the university, Poltak acted as the research manager at one of the University of Indonesia’s legal research institute. He had collaborated in multiple legal research papers with various institutions over the years of his study.
