Kris H. Yohanes

Since joining the firm, Kris has been involved in various matters, as in initial public offerings of shares, continuous public offering of bonds, financing transactions, and other general corporate matters. Separately, he has also assisted some dispute and litigation cases of the firm, mainly bankruptcy and suspension of payment matters.

Kris graduated from Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, majoring in business law. During his college, Kris was actively involved in various organizations, including Business Law Society, which saw him lead and supervise the members to hold numerous projects, including two national scale business law competitions.

In his leisure time, he enjoys doing sports and watching movies.
