AYMP successfully represented PT Cinta Airport Flores, a company established by the consortium of PT Cardig Aero Services Tbk, Changi Airports International Pte Ltd, and Changi Airports Mena Pte Ltd as the winning bidder in the signing of PPP agreement with the Ministry of Transportation for construction, development and operation of Bandar Udara Komodo – Labuan Bajo. This landmark project is the first PPP project in airport sector in Indonesia.
Led by partner Mutiara Rengganis, AYMP assist the consortium in submitting bid documents, arranging the negotiations of PPP agreement as well as other legal documents, establishing project company, until achieving financial close.
The PPP agreement was signed in Jakarta (07/02), attended by the Minister of Transportation, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Vice Governor of NTT, Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (IIGF), and representatives of both PT Cardig Aero Services Tbk and Changi Group.
