Financial Closing of Proving Ground PPP Project: Cutting-Edge Motor Vehicle Testing Facility in Southeast Asia

We are pleased to announce that we have assisted the Ministry of Transportation in the financial closing of Proving Ground Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Project in Bekasi, West Java Province. This cutting-edge facility would be the first motor vehicle testing center in Indonesia that complies with international standards adopted by the UN Agreement as well as ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement on Type Approval for Automotive Products.

As the largest motor vehicle testing facility in Southeast Asia, the project boasts a substantial capital expenditure of IDR 1.9 trillion. Its overarching objectives include enhancing vehicle safety standards, reducing emissions, and supporting the country’s export industry.

The project is led by our partners, Mutiara R. and Benny Handoko, alongside the invaluable support of our associates: Ayu Novianti Kusuma A, Tia Rosana Ratna Sari, Siti Kartikatul Qomariyah, and Bob Allen Simatupang.
