Agung Santoso

His practices mainly focused on banking & finance, M&A, foreign direct investment and private equity transactions in Indonesia. Primary responsibilities are assisting clients in drafting finance and security documents, advising and preparing derivative transaction documents (mainly ISDA template documents), structuring transactions, setting up joint-venture enterprises, assisting initial public offering and right issue projects (including international offering under the scheme of Regulation S and Rule 144A of the U.S Securities Act), as well as preparing advisory memorandum on relevant Indonesia legal issues, among others, on how to conduct cross-border business (financial/banking products offering) with Indonesian residents for many offshore financial institutions.

He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and an awardee of (i) LPDP Scholarship from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia - for his master degree and (ii) Tarumanagara Foundation Scholarship - during his undergraduate years.
