Ibrahim Senen

Ibrahim has become a recognized expert and leader in the field of arbitration, dispute resolution and intellectual property rights. He heads the firm’s corporate and commercial disputes, and anticounterfeiting/ anti-piracy of intellectual property practice group. He has represented clients in litigation at all levels of Indonesian’s Courts and in Indonesian National Arbitration Board (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia – BANI) and International Centre for Settlement Investment Disputes (ICSID).

Ibrahim’s litigation and arbitration practices often intersect. He is also qualified to appear before the Tax Court and Religion Court. His broad, cross border dispute resolution practice includes banking and finance related litigation, complex insolvency matters, and distressed assets, domestic and international commercial arbitration.
