Tia Rosana Ratna Sari is a graduate of Universitas Gadjah Mada, where she earned her degree summa cum laude, and The University of Melbourne, where she completed her studies with First Class Honours. Her strong academic background reflects her analytical skills and dedication to excellence.
Her practice focuses on infrastructure and capital market matters. Tia has advised a wide range of clients from both the public and private sectors on complex and high-profile transactions. She notably assisted the Ministry of Transportation in the development of a proving ground project structured through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP). She has also supported numerous state-owned enterprises and private companies in navigating regulatory frameworks and executing capital market transactions.
Outside of work, Tia enjoys playing tennis and brings the same discipline and strategic mindset to the court as she does to her legal practice.
