Riana S. Indraswari

Riana has been focusing her practice on general corporate, capital market, acquisition, and infrastructure. Since joining the firm, she has been involved in various types of transactions, among others, initial public offerings, right issue, intellectual property-related matters, public-private partnership project, and other general corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, she had worked in one of the biggest consulting firms in Indonesia and took part as a project officer in an environmental project of Leo Club, where she obtained experiences in corporate practices and leadership.

Riana graduated from Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia. During her time in university, Riana was an active member of AIESEC, a youth-led organization.
