Muhammad Ramzi

With almost a decade of legal experience, Ramzi possesses several legal skills and is adept at providing counsel to clients in corporate, commercial, and trade-related issues. Prior to his role at AYMP, Ramzi served as an associate at a distinguished international law firm based in Jakarta.

Ramzi specializes in international corporate commercial work, with a particular focus on cross-border trade issues, export/import, supply chain, FMCG, TMT, manufacturing, direct selling, automotive, FTA, and high-profile mergers and acquisitions. He has a proven track record of success in dealing with influential government authorities, including the Ministry of Trade, the Minister of Industry, and the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal - BKPM).
