Since joining the firm, he has participated in numerous domestic and cross-border transactions, particularly in financing and project financing, acquisitions, restructuring, foreign direct investment, and other complex corporate transactions.
His experience spans drafting and reviewing transaction documents and working closely with clients, international counsel, and other stakeholders in both domestic and cross-border transactions. Mathias brings a practical and commercially minded approach to supporting local and multinational clients across a range of matters.
