Luqman has been mainly practicing law in the area of general corporate and has also been expanding it to sectors of investment, M&A, commercial business agreements, corporate dispute resolution as well as project infrastructure. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a boutique law firm in Jakarta where he obtained vast experience in corporate and project infrastructure practice. His experience covers various corporate transactions and projects, including assisting and advising foreign companies in expanding their business in Indonesia, representing a subsidiary of Indonesian State-Owned Enterprise in its proposed acquisition of telecommunication company, and advising major Indonesian construction company in a significant high speed railway train project.
He studied law at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia. During his time in law school, Luqman participated as an Indonesian delegate in Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) in Tokyo and International Youth Leadership Conference (IYLC) in Prague. Aside of the routine, Luqman enjoys channeling his hobby in basketball and technology.
