Jacky is a litigation lawyer with a broad range of practice areas, including bankruptcy and insolvency, commercial disputes, construction disputes, and land ownership disputes. He has represented multinational banks in numerous cases involving Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang – “PKPU”) and bankruptcy. In particular, Jacky has also been involved in representing a project owner in PKPU proceedings initiated by its contractors in relation to an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for the construction of a 150kV substation plant in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
He has extensive experience representing companies in various land ownership disputes across the Riau Islands, Bali, East Kalimantan, and West Java. This experience has made Jacky well-versed in the customary land laws prevailing in those regions, as well as the practical implementation of national land law.
