Her passion in both litigation and corporate law matters has led her to the wide variety of practice areas, including the general corporate issues, company acquisition projects, capital market, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and banking related matters.
Among the matters Hana has worked, some significant experiences are USD 460 million financing from Thailand-based bank to one of Indonesian conglomerate groups as the borrower for acquiring one of the biggest mining businesses in Indonesia, restructuring of the biggest Indonesian state-owned companies in plantation business, assistance to a leading financial technology group in China in establishing their P2P (peer-to-peer) lending business in Indonesia, and dispute resolutions in bankruptcy proceedings as well as arbitration.
Apart from the commercial-based transaction, she also provides pro-bono legal assistance to local and international foundations in Indonesia, one of them is International Humanity Foundation (US-Based foundation). She graduated with a cum-laude predicate from Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia. She further received full scholarship from the Indonesian government to pursue her master’s degree at New York University School of Law, United States. She is also a licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). Exploring new places, cooking healthy foods and trying extreme sports are her ways to liven up her leisure time.
