Jessica’s practices areas include general corporate, banking and finance, merger and acquisition, and foreign direct investment. Prior to joining AYMP, she worked at a law firm in Jakarta and had been earnestly involved in sale and purchase of non-performing loan; establishment, merger, acquisition, and liquidation of foreign investment companies; establishment of foreign representative office; as well as conducting legal due diligence of Indonesian companies. She also assisted senior lawyers in providing legal advice thereof.
She graduated cum laude from Universitas Gadjah Mada. During her college years, she actively participated in several international arbitration moot competitions focusing on maritime law and foreign direct investment. Not only did she attend a student exchange program for half-year at Nagoya University, she also interned at a prominent law firm in Tokyo, Japan. Her passion in the alternative finance further led her to become a contributor for research study concerning financial technology at a study center of a reputable university in the United Kingdom.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys cooking and ice-skating.
