Bob Allen Simatupang

Bob Allen’s practice is concentrated on infrastructure, PPP and energy. He has advised projects across a wide range of sectors from social infrastructure (such as hospitals and public space) to economic infrastructure (such as railway, waste facilities, water and airport). He assists extensively in the project structuring and financing, transaction and tender documents, funding and asset management, from drafting and distinction constraint to risk, bankability, authority and regulatory mapping in private or public scheme procured through business-to-business, government-to-business, PPP, state-owned enterprise, regional-owned enterprise, and state or regional asset utilization, as well as conventional framework in general. He has also involved in the share acquisition, construction and maintenance, tipping fee, marine observation, tugboat and barge service, and labor payment issues, in which he gained the regulatory and practice knowledge.
