Ayu Novianti

Ayu has been involved in various major infrastructure projects, including merger and acquisition of toll road companies, handling preparation and transaction of Public Private Partnership scheme in various projects covering oil refinery, drinking water supply system, multifunction satellite, street lighting, ports, public health infrastructures such as hospital building and medical equipment, railway and other government and corporate projects.  

Besides PPP and infrastructure, she also does considerable work on foreign investment and general corporate practice in due diligence exercises, and most notably in representing the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia in the preparation of issuance of the State Sharia Bond (Surat Berharga Syariah Negara/Sukuk) in 2019. In addition, she has gained invaluable experience representing client against Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition/KPPU in notable anti-trust cases with respect to the cartel allegation. She is currently assisting Committee for Acceleration of Priority Infrastructure Delivery (KPPIP) in preparing legal analysis and policy for debottlenecking issues related to priority and national strategic projects.
