Prior to joining AYMP in 2022, Ainun worked at prominent law firms in Jakarta as an associate with focus on banking and finance as well as capital market. She has exposure in representing both lenders and borrowers’ interest in financing transactions. She has also involved in various capital market transactions, including initial public offerings, debt and equity offerings in the Indonesia Stock Exchange as well as the Singapore Stock Exchange under the scheme of Reg S and/or Rule 144A.
Ainun graduated from Universitas Indonesia in 2015. During her time in university, she participated in various international moot court competitions, one of which was ranked 6th and scored a record-breaking achievement with her team in the 22nd Annual Willem C. Vis Moot.
