Mutiara Rengganis

Mutiara Rengganis majored her Bachelor of Law in Universitas Indonesia. She later completed her Master degree in Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR), the Netherlands, with significant experience in Infrastructure & PPP practices. Prior to joining AYMP, she was a partner in a long-established law firm in Indonesia. Asia Law 2015 edition recognized her as one of the “recommended individual” in Project Finance. While the 2013 issue of Asia Law Leading Lawyers mentioned her as one of the most “highly acclaimed legal experts in the Asia-Pacific region”, IFLR1000 (of the same year) also nominated Mutiara Rengganis as the “Rising Star”.

Her experience lies on advising and assisting clients, which cover the project preparation, construction, until its operation. She frequently advises clients on government policies and legislations, project structuring, tendering process and documentats, public-private partnerships (PPPs), project financing, contract administration, and government relations. She also specializes in the drafting, review, and negotiation of contractual arrangements between various principals, including consortium agreements, tendering documents, concession agreements/ BOT contract, power purchase agreements (PPA), EPC contracts, O&M agreements, and also project finance documentations.

Mutiara is a licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). She is also a member of the Board of Capital Market’s Legal Consultants Association. In her spare time, Mutiara enjoys travelling and sports.
