Marion Elisabeth went to Universitas Indonesia and focuses herself on civil and business law. To support her career as a corporate lawyer, she further pursued the post-graduate degree at the School of Law, Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
The banking industry is among the first line of business that she encounters during her career with AYMP. Naturally, the financial world finance, banking, sharia financing, investment products as well as capital markets and securities become one of her specialty.
At some points, she was even personally requested by a large international bank to become their interim in-house counsel for Indonesia in 2011, and speaker on the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement training held by various banks.
Until now, she single-handedly assists major banks with their day-to-day legal and transactional needs. She is also a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
