Richele S. Suwita

Richele has advised local and foreign clients especially in the areas of capital markets, securities, M&A, banking, finance, and foreign investment. He is the counsel for the Republic of Indonesia in an international arbitration proceeding before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) against two foreign mining investors. His recent transaction includes advising one of the largest Indonesian conglomerates in a private equity deal.

Richele was the President of Atma Jaya Moot Court Guild and represented Atma Jaya in Philip C. Jessup and Manfred Lachs Space Law moot court competitions. Other than that, he is also the second best graduate from Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya. He received his Master of Laws degree from Columbia Law School, where he was awarded Harlan Fiske Stone award for his academic achievement. He is also a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
