Keny’s areas of practice include Capital Market, Banking & Finance, General Corporate and Manpower Law, however she has worked across a wide variety of practice areas of Law. Her experience includes assisting numerous domestic and international clients on their business structures for a variety of investments, project financing transactions, as well as in various legal due diligence examinations and has gained extensive experience and regulatory knowledge in these areas.
Keny has been involved assisting clients on repurchase agreement transactions with several state-owned banks and also numerous ISDA transactions. She has also represented our foreign and local clients before various agencies such as the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan), the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal) and other governmental agencies. She also got the opportunity from the firm to be seconded with Singaporean bank in Indonesia whereby she assisted various daily banking transactions and practices.
