Her passion in both litigation and corporate law matters has led her to the wide variety of practice areas, including the general corporate issues, company acquisition projects, capital market, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and banking related matters.
Among the matters Hana has worked, some significant experiences are USD 100 million financing from Singapore-based bank to a long-established Indonesian consumer goods company, restructuring of the biggest Indonesian state-owned companies in plantation business, several numbers of mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolutions in bankruptcy proceedings as well as arbitration.
She graduated with a cum-laude predicate from Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia. While at college, she actively involved and achieved awards in various national moot court competitions, debating competitions and contract drafting competitions. She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
Exploring new places and trying extreme sports are her ways to liven up her leisure time.
