Since joining the firm, Femalia has been focusing mainly in the areas of banking and finance, general corporate and capital market. During her career with the firm, She also got the opportunity to be seconded as an in-house counsel in one of the prominent offshore bank in Indonesia whereby she managed to obtain exposures on daily banking practices.
She has advised and handled numerous types of client which include offshore and onshore banks, financial institutions, non-profit organization, private and as well as public listed companies. Her major works in banking and finance practice include advising and representing various offshore banks as well as notable companies in dealing with credit facility agreement, corporate matters, and derivatives transaction. As for the capital market, she has represented Indonesian investment manager in establishing private equity in the form of private mutual fund. She is currently representing several bookrunners and underwriters in the proposed initial public offering of a developer company. In addition, Femalia also had an exposure assisting client in hotel industry, whereby she has represented the establishment as well as operational of a well-known five-star hotel in Seminyak area, Bali. She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
