Deila Taslim

Throughout her career with the firm, she has been dealing in numerous projects and transactions. She focuses her practice on banking, finance, acquisition and corporate matters. She has handled various cross border and domestic financing and refinancing transactions, which among others include acting as the counsel for lenders in syndicated loan, acquisition financing and debt restructuring. She has also frequently advised local and foreign financial institutions on their transactions and services to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.

She was also appointed to be a member of the prestigious team representing the Republic of Indonesia in arbitral proceeding brought under the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) Convention based on bilateral investment treaties, in relation to the claims submitted by offshore companies against the State. She is a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
